Do you need my address?
No. We only need your project’s city. Please redact signatures, account numbers, and anything else the review doesn’t need.
Can you tell me if the price is fair?
This is a document review, not an appraisal of the price. We point out scope gaps and unclear allowances so you can get clear answers from your builder before you sign.
How long do you keep my document?
Uploaded bids and summaries are deleted automatically after 90 days, or sooner if you ask. Email info@adustack.com with your reference number to request deletion.
